Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Cardifier, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What Cardifier is — and isn't

Cardifier tracks your credit card spending and calculates the cashback each transaction earns under your card's rules, then compares that against what your bank actually billed and credited. Its calculations are informational — a tool to help you understand your own cards, not a guarantee.

• Cardifier is not a bank, lender, card issuer, or payment processor. It does not extend credit, move money, or make lending decisions.
• Cardifier does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Anything it shows you — cashback estimates, card recommendations, spend suggestions — is informational only.
• Your bank's own statement is the authoritative record of what you owe and what you've been paid. If Cardifier's calculation disagrees with your bank, that's a reason to check with your bank — not a claim we guarantee to be more correct than they are.
• Cardifier does not sign you up for, cancel, or manage your relationship with any card issuer.

3. Your account

• You must be old enough in your jurisdiction to enter into this agreement.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Information you enter — card details, transactions, rules — should be accurate. Cardifier's calculations are only as good as what you give it.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings; see our Privacy Policy for what that removes.

4. Plans and pricing

Cardifier has a Free plan and a paid plan called Plus. The Free plan stays free and is not time-limited. Plus is sold as a prepaid package for a fixed period:

• Plus — 3 months: ₫119,000 for the 3-month period.
• Plus — 12 months: ₫349,000 for the 12-month period.
• All prices are in Vietnamese dong (VND). The amount shown at checkout is the total amount payable for that package — there are no separate setup, processing, or per-transaction fees added on top.
• New accounts receive a 21-day Plus trial automatically, once per account. No payment method is required, nothing is charged when it ends, and the account simply returns to Free.
• We may change prices or what each plan includes. A change never affects a period you have already paid for; it applies only to purchases made after the change.

5. Payment and renewal

Plus is paid by a one-off VietQR bank transfer, processed by payOS. Cardifier never sees or stores your card or bank credentials.

• Nothing renews automatically and nothing is ever charged to you without you starting a payment yourself. There is no stored payment method, no mandate, and no subscription for you to cancel.
• Your Plus period starts when we receive confirmation of your transfer, and runs for the number of months in the package you bought.
• To continue after a period ends, you buy another package. We will remind you before your period ends; if you do nothing, your account returns to the Free plan on the end date.
• Transfer exactly the amount and the transfer note shown on the payment screen. If either is changed, we may be unable to match your payment to your account until you contact us.
• A payment link expires if it is not paid in time. An expired link takes no money — start a new one.
• Returning to Free does not delete anything. Your cards, transactions and history stay in your account, and export and account deletion remain available on every plan.

6. Refunds and cancellation

You can request a full refund within 7 days of your payment, for any reason. Email us at legal@cardifier.cloud from the address on your account and tell us the transfer note (order number) shown on your receipt.

• Approved refunds are returned by bank transfer to the account the payment came from, within 7 business days of approval. Your Plus access ends when the refund is issued.
• After 7 days, a prepaid period is not refundable, in whole or in part.
• A payment taken twice for the same order, or an amount that does not match the package you bought, is refunded whenever you report it — the 7-day limit does not apply to those.
• There is no subscription to cancel: because nothing renews automatically, you stop simply by not buying another package.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account does not by itself refund an unused prepaid period; request the refund first if you are within the 7 days.
• These terms do not limit any rights you have under Vietnamese consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement.

7. Forwarding bank emails

Cardifier can extract transactions from bank alert emails you choose to forward. By forwarding an email, you confirm you're the account holder (or otherwise entitled to forward it) and consent to Cardifier parsing it for the transaction fields described in our Privacy Policy. You can stop forwarding emails, or delete your ingest token, at any time.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Cardifier for any unlawful purpose, or to violate a bank's or card issuer's own terms.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service (including automated scraping or attempts to bypass rate limits).
• Forward emails or upload data you do not have the right to share.

9. Third-party services

Cardifier is built on infrastructure providers — described in our Privacy Policy — and may link to third-party sites (such as a bank's own site). We don't control and aren't responsible for those third parties' content or practices.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Cardifier is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that every cashback calculation will exactly match your bank's. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cardifier and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including any financial decision you make based on information in the app — arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email. Continuing to use Cardifier after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
