Stop logging card spending.
Swipe the right card, every time.
Cardifier reads the transaction alerts your bank already emails you, recalculates cashback under each card's actual rules, and tells you which card to reach for. You never type a line.
Your wallet: four cards, four different cashback rulebooks.
Wallet full of cards. Head full of rules.
This one does 5% on groceries. That one does 6% on dining but caps at 200,000₫. The third needs 3 million in spend before it counts at all. Standing at the till, who remembers any of it?

Four jobs, one screen
Most apps stop at logging. Cardifier covers a card's whole life — from the moment the transaction alert lands to the moment you've paid the statement off.
- 01Record
- Transactions arrive from your bank's emails. No typing.
- 02Optimize
- Know which card to use, priced off your real spending.
- 03Reconcile
- What we calculated against what the bank paid, line by line.
- 04Pay
- Due dates, statements and instalments on one calendar.
You do nothing at all
Your bank emails a transaction alert. Cardifier reads it, pulls out the merchant, amount, time and which card, and drops it into a review queue. The email itself is never stored.
- Not one line typed by hand
- Duplicates removed automatically
- Nothing counts until you approve it — you stay in control
- Manual entry is still there if you prefer it

Which card pays best here?
Cardifier works from your real spending, not a modelled basket. So the number it shows is the number you actually get.
- Cards ranked for the category you're about to spend in
- Warned before a cashback cap fills up
- Caps run on your statement cycle, not the calendar month
- Suggests the next card worth opening, from your own history
Did the bank actually pay you back?
Almost nobody can answer that. Cardifier puts what it calculated next to what the bank actually credited, line by line, and points straight at the gap.
- Every transaction checked against the statement
- Flags transactions filed under the wrong category
- Know exactly what you're owed, and when
- No combing through statement rows by hand
This transaction was filed under a different category, so it never counted toward the online cap.
Never miss another due date
Statement close dates, payment deadlines and instalment balances across every card — gathered onto one calendar.
- Reminded before anything falls due
- Track how many instalments are left
- See what's paid and what's still owed
- No statement cycle slips past

Does Cardifier need my bank password?
No, and there is nowhere to enter one. Cardifier only reads the transaction alert emails you choose to forward. No integration here requires your bank username, password or OTP.
Do cashback caps run on the calendar month or the statement cycle?
On each card's statement cycle. If a card closes on the 25th, a transaction on the 26th already belongs to the next cycle, even though it's the same calendar month. This is the single most common mistake when working cashback out by hand — and why totals added up manually tend to be wrong.
Which banks does Cardifier support?
Nine today: VPBank, VIB, VIB Max, HSBC, MSB, UOB, BVBank, Cake and MBBank. We're adding more.
Do you store my emails?
No. Cardifier extracts the merchant, amount, date, time and which card, then discards the email. Those extracted fields live in your account; the email content is not kept.
What if Cardifier's number differs from the bank's?
The bank's statement is always the official figure. When there's a gap, Cardifier shows you exactly which transaction to query with the bank — it does not claim to be more correct than your bank.
Does it cost anything?
No, Cardifier is free during beta. No credit card needed to start.
Does deleting my account delete my data?
Yes, immediately. You delete it yourself in Settings, with no need to contact anyone. Cards, transactions, the cashback ledger, statements, payments — all removed by a database-level cascade, not by a background job that might lag behind.
Cardifier cannot touch your money
That's by design. Here is exactly what Cardifier reads, what it never sees, and what it cannot do.
What does Cardifier take from a transaction alert?
- Merchant name
- Amount
- Date and time
- Last 4 digits of the card
- Bank username, password or OTP
- Your balance or your bank account itself
- The full card number
- The email itself — discarded once parsed
Cardifier only reads the alert emails you choose to forward. There is no integration that requires your bank username or password.
Every table holding your data is scoped to your account with row-level security, not just inside the app. Another account cannot read your rows even if the app had a bug.
You delete your account yourself in Settings. Cards, transactions, the cashback ledger and statements go with it by database-level cascade, not a background job.
We do not sell personal data to anyone. Analytics are configured narrowly: no session recording, no automatic click capture, and no amounts, merchant names or card numbers are ever sent.
- It cannot move money
- It cannot pay a bill for you
- It cannot log in to your bank
